Processing Time
Orders are currently processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during peak times, processing may take longer due to high demand or logistical delays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time: 12–20 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide! Shipping times and fees vary depending on your country and local customs regulations.
Important: Customs clearance may delay delivery, and additional import taxes or fees may be charged by your local carrier. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hello@Miyvina.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the packaging and items.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Packaging Damage Note
If your item arrives safely but the outer packaging is damaged, we do not offer refunds or replacements unless the product itself is damaged or defective.
Marked as Delivered, but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and forward the claim confirmation to us at info@scalphy.com. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Order Changes or Cancellations

Modifications: You may request changes (address, product, etc.) within 12 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing or shipped, and changes may not be possible.
